Jim has been with the company since his college years at Cal Poly University in 1986. He was licensed as an Architect in the state of California in 1998 and performs building code analysis, preliminary design work, construction document coordination & completion, project specifications and construction administration duties.

Since 2000, Jim has completed and overseen many commercial, medical, dental, educational and public projects from the preliminary design phase to final user occupancy.

He is the Project Architect for the New Corporation Yard for the Patterson Public Works Dept., was the P.A. for the Yosemite Medical Arts Office Complex in Manteca, Alan Vallarine’s Medical Office Complex in Turlock, the Turlock Salvation Army Facility/complex (Multi-use Gym/Office facility & Chapel), the 2-story Main Street Plaza Shopping Center in downtown Turlock and the Modernization Phase work completed at Hart-Ransom Elementary School (in 2007) along with a New Multi-use Gym/Classroom Building & Sitework Phase-2 (2011).
